The RDS
3 System

This innovative system allows the worker to attach a rope stabilization device, called the stabilization slide,  to the building anchor, called the stabilization anchor, and, when his or her descent is complete and the worker returns to the roof or upper elevation to retrieve the suspension and safety ropes, the raising of the suspension rope will automatically disengage the stabilization slides from their stabilization anchors returning them to the roof.

  • The stabilization building anchors are small, made from stainless steel, and can be finished to complement any façade; they place a minimal “footprint” on the building.

  • Building anchors can be incorporated with brackets that allow the anchor to be fastened to any building feature, building material, or façade component. Anchor sizes can be increased for  reasons such as employing them as decorative features.
